Our tube filling machines are based on the use of centrifugal force to orientate the tablets as they pass trough rotating tubes.

We have also developed a superior system for packing single effervescent tablets in foil strips togehter with one leading manufacturer of sealing units.

As a system provider we can deliver everything from small stand-alone machines to complete lines including automatic tube feeding, printing, code reading, de dusting and tube cleaning.

We can also provide a wide range of feeders and conveyers as well as dedusters for effervescent tablets and special solutions.

The medipac mf10a is semi-automatic machine suitable for small production volumes and is the ideal solution for companies that want to start up new products or that want to be able to runs small batches without using their high capacity lines.

mf10a is a very compact and flexible machine, yet with a fully automatic filling cycle. Automatic capping and level control is not included which makes the initial investment cost as well as the cost for format parts very low.

The machine is normally installed off-line and is very easy to move around.

The machine can be equipped with a capping conveyor which enhances capping and makes it possible to combine capping and InkJet printing in the same manual work cycle.
